Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days, excluding the weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated in the product description. (Custom Orders are not included)

Because many of our items are handcrafted or made to order, processing times may vary. Estimated processing times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. 

We may have to extend the processing time, if we need to order in supplies. Many of our items are built to order. 

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using: 

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Postal Service (UPS)

Shipping carrier selection is based on order size, weight, destination, and customer-selected shipping options. 

Shipping / Handling Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight & size
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Shipping supplies

Delivery times provided by USPS and UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Conformation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a conformation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status. 

Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss for purchased items pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages 

We are not responsible for: 

  • Delays caused by USPS or UPS 
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Carrier mishandling or routing errors

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • We will assist with filing a claim when applicable, but outcomes are determined by the carrier.

Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on the shipping method selected. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message us before purchasing. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. 

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. 
  • Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors

Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Failed Delivery Attempts
  • Refusal by the Recipient

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for packages by customs authorities

Shipping Restrictions 

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally. 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier service interruptions, or government actions.
