All products are handcrafted and may show slight variations in color, shape, texture, or finish. These variations are a natural and expected part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately; however, colors may vary due to screen settings & lighting while taking photos.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and products availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, violate our policies, or are placed by resellers without authorization.
Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.
If the orders come in as a fraud alert or a non-shippable address, the order will be canceled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
However, if you do lose a package we would love to see how we can help relocate it.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Custom, Personalized, or made-to-order items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
8. Jewelry & Product Safety Disclaimer
Our products may contain materials such as copper, silver-plated metals or other alloys that can naturally oxidize, patina, or react with skin chemistry over time.
We do not guarantee that products are hypoallergenic. Customers with known metal sensitivities should review materials carefully before purchase. If you do not find the metal in the posting, please reach out, we will do our best to describe the metal better.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept normal wear, patina, and individual skin reactions as inherent risks. Do note; most silver-plated metals are made with unknown metals under the silver plating.
