Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS DAYS after cleared payment. Please check store announcement on front page for up to date turnaround time.
Holiday orders may take up to 20 BUSINESS days to make before shipped. I use only the confirmed address in your PayPal to print shipping labels.
I use USPS FIRST CLASS with CONFIRMATION DELIVERY for all shippings, I am not responsible for lost packages once they leave my hand. If you like to add insurance to your shipment, please let me know before you pay your invoice.
Insurance from $100-$150 is $3.00
PRIORITY SHIPPING takes 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS within the U.S. as stated by USPS website. Priority shipping is a participated shipping and is NOT GUARANTEE if not received in given time (no refund by USPS)
on all domestic shipping only.
Please keep in mind that shipping is up to the post office, I have no control over their given shipping days. There are times that packages do get misplaced and missing, but this does not happen very frequently.
International shipments are not trackable. unfortunately with first class, you can upgrade to Priority shipping before you pay the invoice. Priority International can be tracked and takes 7-11 business days, but I never had any problem with my international shippings on first class. First Class International shippings may take up to 3 weeks. There are countries that I do not ship to, please check with me before you buy.
Duty fees, custom fees and taxes are buyers responsibility.
CANCELLATION:
There will be a 20% charge FOR CANCELLATIONS after 3 days from the day of your order. Any orders after 5 days cannot be cancelled as your order(s) are being processed.
I am not responsible for normal wear and tear as silver does tarnish, letters (blacken) may fade overtime. Please keep all unworn silver jewelry in a dry place and in a tight zip-lock plastic bag.
Additional Policies and FAQs:
I do not contact the buyer unless there is a question(s) on stamping, this will save me time to fill the orders.
If for some reasons I can not contact the buyer or buyer does not respond to my conversations, I will make the order the same as the first sample on the listing sold. I find that buyers sometime does not respond to my contact because of email going to SPAM. Please leave me a contact number just in case.
